Rubén de Lera
Founder & President
Rubén founded DDM in 1993. He is an ex-President of the Direct Marketing Commission of AMBA, the Argentine Bank Marketing Association. Currently he applies his vast experience in overseeing the operations for DDM. He loves to converse with our clients and get to know all the Contact Center employees. A golf player with a handicap of 18, he is married with two children and the grandfather of Lupe and Juan Martín.
Patricio has spent the past 15 years building long-lasting relationships and promoting profitable business for his clients. He is also a member of the Institutional Relations Commission of amdia, the Argentine Direct & Interactive Marketing Association. Currently he is responsible for Marketing and Business Development at DDM. He is also passionate about technology, great marketing and sports.
Susana leads the Operations area, holds a degree in Social Communication and has 14 years of experience in the Contact Center industry. An expert in sales campaigns for the insurance sector, fundraising for NGO’s and customer service care. In her free time she is also a journalist, fan and member of Quilmes Football Club and a big dog lover.
